Sarcochilus Gallery

Sarcos are a small growing orchid native to Australia and Southern Asia. The plants remain fairly small and flowers range in size from a centimeter to around an inch. I have heard in that in Australia they are sold in grocery stores the way that Phals are sold in the States. However, they really have not caught on here yet. I buy mine from on of the the few Australian breeders who ships flasks of seedlings to the US.

I have a few adult plants pictured below, but most are first time blooming seedling. There aren’t many pics yet, but I have about 50-75 plants I am waiting on. This page will grow!
